We have found a new method on how to enable PDF stamping for Etsy PDF digital products. It does require having a Shopify store connected to your Etsy store.

What do I need?

Overview of how it works

The quick overview of how this works is that you will connect your Etsy store with Shopify so that the orders sync using the Shuttle app, then once an order arrives into Shopify, Fileflare will deliver the digital PDF products with PDF stamping.

Key considerations:

• You will still need to attach a digital file to the product in Etsy. I would recommend attaching a PDF informing the customer that their download email will arrive shortly from your Shopify store.
• The customer will receive a download email from Etsy and Shopify.
• The orders are not instantly transferred to Shopify, it takes a minute or two.

How to do it

Assuming that you already have an Etsy and Shopify store, you can continue with the below.

1. Install Fileflare Digital Downloads to your Shopify store for PDF Stamping delivery
   1. Sign up to the Basic plan ($9/m) to unlock PDF Stamping
   2. Upload your digital PDFs to Fileflare by going to the Upload page
   3. Attach the digital files to the relevant Shopify products by going to the Asset or Product pages and use the dropdown selector to connect them
   4. Go to Settings > PDF Stamping > create your PDF stamp and apply it to your PDFs
2. Install Shuttle ‑ Sync with Etsy to your Shopify store
   1. Connect Etsy to Shopify using Shuttle. It's as simple as logging in to Etsy and connecting it.
   2. Match the Etsy products to Shopify's products so they are connected
   3. Customise Shuttle's Order settings to suit your needs by going to Orders > Settings.

Once an order is placed in Etsy, the order will be transferred to Shopify within a minute or two. I don't think there is an option to do it instantly, but you can take a look.

Once the order arrives into Shopify, Fileflare will trigger the PDF downloads to be sent to the customer.

Please ensure that you are capturing the real email from Etsy so that they receive the email. You can do this in the order settings in Shuttle
